The prepaid label will be automatically voided after 7 days. If shipped after the 7 day period, you become responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that our policy ONLY applies to unworn and unused items with all original tags attached. We do NOT issue credit or refund on worn or no-tag items. Kimchi Slapped is unable to reimburse the original shipping fee or customs fees.
