You have 14 days from the delivery date to request return merchandise. If your order is partially delivered, the 14-day term will begin when you receive the last item in your order. Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of the return authorization date with the prepaid label we email to you. (For non-US territory customers, we do not provide prepaid labels.) The prepaid label will be automatically voided after 7 days. If shipped after the 7 day period, you become responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that our policy ONLY applies to unworn and unused items with all original tags attached. We do NOT issue credit or refund on worn or no-tag items. Kimchi Slapped is unable to reimburse the original shipping fee or customs fees.
